Looking for the perfect way to keep your kids active this summer? Our 4-week summer camp at DRP is packed with speed, agility, strength training, and fun! Designed for kids ages 7–12, we meet Monday through Thursday from 11 AM to 2 PM. Younger kids focus on coordination and balance, while the older crew gets introduced to resistance bands and beginner weights. We also sprinkle in recovery tips, healthy snacks, and surprise guest speakers to keep it fun and educational.

Not ready to commit to the full 4 weeks? No problem! With our weekly summer camp option, your child (ages 7–12) can jump into a week of movement, motivation, and major fun. From Monday to Thursday, 11 AM to 2 PM, they’ll train like a champ with workouts focused on speed, agility, coordination, and strength—plus recovery tips, healthy snacks, and guest speakers they’ll love.
Weekly Rate: $500 per child (4 sessions)
