No — we meet you at your current level and progress at a pace that’s right for you.

 

Most personal training sessions are 1 hour. We also offer 45-minute options for clients with tighter schedules.

 

Yes — parents are welcome to observe, but space is limited. We recommend cheering them on while letting our trainers guide the session.
