Jo, originally from the Dominican Republic, is an ACSM-CPT and PN1-NC coach with a B.Sc. in Exercise Science and over five years of experience in rehab, corporate wellness, and personal training. A former competitive swimmer, he combines expertise in functional training, strength and conditioning, and injury prevention to create sustainable, personalized programs. Jo’s mission is to help clients of all ages improve health, performance, and lifelong habits through a holistic, realistic approach.
