Donald Russell, founder of DRP Fitness and Health, brings over a decade of experience in fitness and sports, including time in the NFL. Certified through NASM and NASE, he helps athletes and everyday clients get faster, stronger, and more confident. With a laid-back yet knowledgeable approach, Donald creates a supportive environment that inspires people to push past their limits.
Darci Hill, a Florida native and former soccer player, is an ACE and TRX certified trainer passionate about making fitness accessible for all ages. She inspires healthy, active lifestyles through functional training, always bringing energy and positivity to every single session.
Mike brings more than 10 years of experience in personal training, with a Master’s degree in Sports Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. Known for his motivating style and results-driven approach, Mike blends science-based training with high-energy coaching to help clients build real, lasting strength and confidence.
Kyle, a former high school and collegiate lacrosse player, channels his athletic experience into coaching clients on mental toughness, endurance, and sustainable health for lifelong performance. Outside the gym he’s passionate about military history, beach days with his dog, and perfecting the reverse-seared ribeye.
